А чего так скромно и застенчиво цитируете. В документе информация подана несколько иначе...
Ну что же придется извиниться за цитату на английском из вашей же ссылки:

Решение внести Дрезден в список приоритетных целей (заметьте пока не решение о дате бомбардировки) было принято 31.01 на основе тесных консультаций и обмена информацией с советстким командованием и в обших интересах..
Источник действительно серьезный. И обоснованность удара по Дрездены в нем исчерпываюше обьяснена, между прочим.

Решение внести Дрезден в список приоритетных целей (заметьте пока не решение о дате бомбардировки) было принято 31.01 на основе тесных консультаций и обмена информацией с советстким командованием и в обших интересах..
Источник действительно серьезный. И обоснованность удара по Дрездены в нем исчерпываюше обьяснена, между прочим.
