We are living in England and my wife wants to watch Russian TV. We can get a big satellite dish, can we watch Russian TV then, or do we need a subion? Same problem with the internet, if we get an internet TV, do we need a subion? Where can we get that subion?
Wir leben in England und meine Frau moechte gerne Russisches TV sehen. Wir koennen eine grosse Satellitenschuessel besorgen, koennen wir dann Russisches Fernsehen sehen, oder brauchen wir noch ein Abo? Dasselbe Problem mit dem Internet, wenn wir ein Internetfaehigen Fernseher kaufen, brauchen wir dann ein Abo? Wo koennen wir so ein Abo kriegen?

If you want to watch RUS TV legally, check links which gave others people here. Also check this link: http://arbus.tv All these link are IPTV through Internet.
Also you can watch open (free) RUS TV like: ORT (international), RTR-planeta and some others TV programs through satellite dish, but you should to check possibility to receive signal from special satellite.
Subion - what is this? Maybe subscri-ption?

beside internet TV, there is another option: a satellite dish. Point it to Hot Bird satellite and you will get several Russian channels for free. You don't need a subion, just TV-sat receiver that is usually include in all modern TV sets.
