моя ошибка, точно 3, но очень странно по поводу посадочных, обычно, количество посадочных равняется количеству полетов и посадочный состоит из двух частей, один, когда проходишь гейт отдают пассажиру, а другой себе оставляют, для уточнениия, что зарегистрираванный пассажир прошел на самолет. Сделайте копию багажного квитка и к КЛМ пусть они решают эту проблему, удачи.
