Ага, только получил ответ от агента, вроде как согласились продлить, но при условии что больше просить продлевать не буду. Что для меня немного странно звучит, т.к. они могут отказать при повоторном обращении в любом случае

• They can extend your Niederlassungserlaubnis – but this is connected with an important condition:
• If we don´t confirm the final return date => 30.04.19 – the Ausländerbehörde Köln won´t extend your Niederlassungserlaubnis and you/and your family will lose your German Permits. The final return date and the way after your delegation is your and of course the decision of your managers.

Your delegation must end on 30.04.2019. We have to confirm this. If we do this – you have to return to Germany latest by 30.04.2019 and have to start in Germany on May 1, 2018 once again.

This means: There cannot be an additional extension in Norway after 30.04.19. And we cannot do a delegation to another country – because you have to start in Germany on May 1, 2018 once again.

Would you be so kind as to check the options with your Home-Harbor/Germany and your management in Norway. If all are fine that your delegation will finally end on 30.04.2019 – I will need the confirmation by e-mail from you. The e-mail can be formless but with all involved persons/managers on it. So that all are informed. After this - we will create the company confirmation and will inform Ausländerbehörde Köln at once.

Unfortunately the Ausländerbehörde wants to have the decision and confirmation latest by tomorrow – March 27, 2018.
