Посмотрела в опционах клиентского домена у фирмы (которая Domain Inhaber):

там есть 3 возможности установить Forwarding Options, (клиент выбрал Cloaked Forward). Может надо выбрать другой опцион??

Есть 3 варианта:

Forwarding Options

• Permanent Forward (301): Selecting this option will redirect web traffic using a 301 permanent redirection. This is the recommended option and should be used for domains that will always forward traffic and for which there are no plans to develop a site specifically for the domain.(People will see the target domain that's being forwarded to in the address bar.)
• Temporary Forward (302): Selecting this option will redirect web traffic using a 302 found redirection. This option should be used for domains that are only temporarily redirecting traffic elsewhere, and for which there are plans to develop a site for that domain.(People will see the target domain that's being forwarded to in the address bar.)
• Cloaked Forward: Selecting this option will generate a frameset displaying the forwarded site as though it were redirected. The main benefits to this option are that your domain will always appear in the user's address bar, and being able to provide your own META information.

• Path Forwarding

  Please select if you would like to forward paths or not. Path forwarding is including any path or query string to the forwarding address. If you select to use path forwarding, then anything after the "/" will forward as well. For example, if you had a domain "example.com" forwarded to "http://forward.com". With path forwarding, if someone visited http://www.example.com/path, then they would be directed to http://forward.com/path. Without path forwarding, someone visiting http://www.example.com/path would go to http://forward.com. Path forwarding notes:
• When using Cloaked Forwards, your domain without any path or query string will use the cloaked settings. Any path or query string listed with your domain will result in a 302 path forward redirect.
• No path or query string can be specified in the forwarding address
