GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON THE FACILITATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF VISAS TO THE CITIZENS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
These Guidelines are adopted by the Joint Committee established by the Agreement, as the facilitations provided by the Agreement shall also apply reciprocally to EU citizens travelling to the Russian Federation. The Guidelines are aimed at ensuring a correct and harmonised implementation of the provisions of the Agreement by the diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Member States.
