Requirements and Experience
∙ Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience, managing web development capacity in a web based, entrepreneurial and
high transaction environment
∙ Proven leadership, management and communications skills
∙ Ability to create database driven website
∙ Proven track record of utilizing web sales tools to increase revenue on a consumer focused e-commerce web site
∙ Strong understanding of internet-based consumer behaviour and direct marketing principles
∙ Strong ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects
∙ Knowledge of web site development project life cycle with a proven track record of collaborating with a technical team
to implement your vision
∙ Experience with implementing and driving rapid web development cycles and delivering successful and frequent updates
∙ Proven track record and understanding of web standards and best practices
∙ Experience in all facets of web art direction
∙ Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of the web and its capabilities
∙ Strategic thinker, highly self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unique situations
∙ Excellent written, problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
∙ Must be a creative individual and have an in-depth knowledge of today▓s web fashion and creative culture
∙ Outstanding team player, positive attitude and a great sense of humour
