проблема эта - известная и её решение описано в факе сайта:
First backup!! and then delete the contents of the following directory (including sub-directories):
C:Documents and SettingsApplicationDataMicrosoftCryptoRSA (There should be a folder that looks something like: S-1-5-21-789085689-1013344182-1866953526-1045)
These directories are normally 'hidden' so you must enable your explorer to display hidden files and folders.
When you then restart Internetcalls, the Microsoft crypto-engine will recreate a keyset and it should work again.
никаких новых электронных адресов указывать не надо, всё отлично работает
