1. go to whatismyip.com and check your IP address
2. Search for "anonymous proxy" servers in the internet. There are a lot. Normally you also find descriptions regarding performance, availability and location
3. Choose one IP you like an type that IP in your Browser Options for Internet connections
4. So, from now on every request should go through that anonymous proxy.
5. for checking if it works go again to whatismyip.com, then you should see there the IP of the proxy you chosed and not your private IP
