REPORTING TO: IT Manager

MAIN DUTIES:

• Hands on experience in Testing and understand the basic principles of System and Integration Testing.
• Hands on experience Microsoft Excel and Pivot tables to produce the report from application data.
• Ability to understand the internal applications and data base model, function, procedure, and report for the business needs.
• Handle the third parties’ data by analyzing, formatting the data and upload in Harvest’s database.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets and provide the suitable solution for the user.
• Application Support Analyst - Support the application by fixing the minor issues and restructure the functionalities and train the staffs with the new functionalities.
• Ability to manage backlogs in a timely manner.
• Ability to learn Harvest I.T. system and get speed up with the ongoing releases/activities
• Create, manage and maintaining ‘Exceptional’ reports and excel data template for business needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of basic .net coding (vb.net or C#)
• Basic skills in data base, MSSQL coding and SSRS
• Basic skill set for testing the functional and non-functional elements in the application
• An ability to plan and organize the work individually or with team
• Be flexible and be a good team player.
• Ability to learn and upgrade the skillset that required for the task and business needs.
• Disciplined in working to deadlines and multitasking.
• Enthusiastic and capable of working on own initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
