Never say, “I have not used your product(s) before.”

This is very important if you want to work for a technology or a product company.

When interviewing at those companies, interviewers usually like to ask you about what you think of their product and if you have any feedback or any experience with regards to using their product.

You may be able to get away with not having used the company’s products before if you apply for a job at an agency but it is such a disappointment if say, you apply for a job at a company that offers a platform that is available for free like LinkedIn and you said you have not used LinkedIn before.

Even if you have not used it regularly, it pays to do your research the day or night before your interview, try it out, read about it, understand what the product does, what sort of technologies it may be using and so on.

Я слегка в ауте - нужно знать продукт компании куда устраиваешься на работу... и смежные продуты...

Вероятно, Я совершенно не готов к выполняемой мною работе... например, в микрософт... ну не помню Я детали внутреннего устройства индексов на их скл-сервере... особенно те, которые не логичны, но описаны в документации... Мало того, Я еще и сильно непонимающий - не понимаю зачем мне надо знать графический дизайн и хтмл одновременно с мелкософтовскими и оракловскими индексами...

Чудные эти американские менеджеры...
