after removing a tiny Talgdrüse, 1 mm in size, the dermatologist left a large scar on his face... But what's worse is that it's not flat, but forms a kind of depression ... In German: Delle/ dent . Or gesunkene Narbe .
What can I use to even out this area? Laser, Micro-needling, Retinol, Tretinoin, Scrub?
