А о римлянах?⌠
О римлянах и их богах в Германии, конечно же упоминается. Если вы владеете английским, то просто ищите слово "romans" и вы убедитесь, что о римлянах и их вероисповедании Тацитус (будучи сам римлянином) упоминает. Но про "jews" и их боге - ни гу гу.
Евpеи пришли в Германию не с римлянами, а после распада римской империи, когда начался хаос и массовое переселение во всей империи. Германские князья нуждались в евреях, как в переводчиках, купцах и казначеях. Эти евреи были придворными и были ближе к знати, чем к простому люду.
Не удивительно, что те римские евреи ассимилировались.
Охотно вам поверю, что в некоторых бывших римских крепостях (как Cologne) существовали крохотные еврейские общины, но они исчезли.
Массовая иммиграция евреев началась после распада Хазарии.
