Естественно нет, она для этого и не создавалась. Разве паровоз используется чтобы подтвердить законы Ньютона?
Просто дизайн системы учитывает релятивистские эффекты.

Коррректируется система, в которой частота орбитальных часов уже изначально изменена в соответствии с релятивисткими поправками - иначе 2 раза в сутки было бы недосттточно.

Как видим ТО весьма актуальная тема в сугубо прикладных и исследованиях. Даже военные инженеры
весьма пристально и, кстати, квалифицированно оперируют ее понятиями.
