в США раскрываются 75% убииств
По данным сайта The Institute for National Strategic Studies, раскрываемость убийств в России в 1997-1998 годах была около 82%. Положение было правда хуже в начале 1990х, в 1994 году раскрываемость убийств в России была 74.7%. Правда, по данным той же статьи, раскрываемость убийств в США в тот год была 64%. В Германии - 87%.
