Это их дело радоваться или плакать, но правовое содержание ситуации от этого не меняется - они отвергли базовые нормативные документы, обьявили войну - и проиграли. Послевоенное устройство - предмет переговорв, причем Израиль попбедившая сторона.

After the expiration of this period the whole scheme shall be subject to re-examination by the Trusteeship Council in the light of the experience acquired with its functioning.
