Es steht schon fast sicher, dass es keine Miene war, sondern eine israelische Rakete.

More evidence implicates Israel in Gaza massacre

The June 9 explosion on a Gaza beach, that killed eight Palestinian civilians, was most likely caused by Israeli shelling, despite denials from the military, Human Rights Watch concluded in a report, according to Reuters.
...
Human Right Watch conclusions contradict the finding of the Israeli military. Unlike the New York-based rights group, the Israeli army didn’t examine the blast scene, and is depending on intelligence, examination of victims treated in Israel and analysis of TV images of the beach. Despite the lack of investigation, an Israeli military probe suggested that the blast, which killed seven members of the Ghalya family and wounded several others, might have been caused by a mine planted by Palestinian resistance fighters to thwart operations by Israeli special forces.
But Human Rights Watch researchers examined blood-crusted shrapnel provided to them by the father of a 19-year-old male who suffered abdominal wounds in the beach explosion. After examining shrapnel from the scene and studying victims' wounds, the rights group concluded that the shrapnel is a piece of fuse from an artillery shell, and that victims wounds were not characteristic of explosive charges, which usually hit the lower body.
Moreover, Marc Garlasco, a former Pentagon adviser who now works as a military analyst for Human Rights Watch, said that the explosion was caused by a 155mm shell, which is used by the Israeli military.
"It's so obviously not a landmine that I was surprised the Israelis went down that road… the most likely scenario is that Israeli shelling hit the area," he said. "We are very certain that it is a 155mm shell.”

An die Theorie mit einer Landmiene glaubt anscheinend nur Israel.
