“From the first day of this terrible tragedy, i.e. 17 July IAC works in close cooperation with ICAO,
experts authorities of independent investigation of aircraft accidents and supports the
position of the international aviation community, including members of the regional Agreement on
Aviation, among whom are Russia and Ukraine, that investigation must be conducted in full
compliance with Annex 13 of the ICAO Chicago Convention.”
