Насколько я понял, восточная философия все же не говорит об эволюции мироздания как о пути с каким-либо финишем. Речь идет о циклах, которые вложены друг в друга, с математической точки зрения такой цикл является спиралью в трехмерном пространстве. Т.е., конец - это начало начало нового витка.
Даже в авраамической эскхатологии речь о цикле: конез земной жизни означает начало загробной жизни в раю или аду. На этом авраамический цикл завершается, т.е. жизнь в раю или аду вечна, и в этом и есть вся порочность авраамической эсхатологии. Занижается значение земной (т.е. материальной жизни), люди больше заботятся о вечной нематериальной жизни, так как земная жизнь бренна. Отсюда у одних желание хапануть при жизни, наплевательское отношение к окружающей среде, а у других безразличие к земным благам и уход в медитацию, а в экстремальном случае - борьба со злом (зелоты, террористы итд).
А у иднусов имеется сознание того, что в следующем цикле человек может возрадиться букашкой, и поэтому буддисты больше способны на симбиоз. Об этом хорошо пишет японский философ Kisho Kurokawa.
То есть в авраамическом мировознании существует дихтомия добра и зла, которая дает началу философской метафоре "единство и борьба противоположностей". При этом делается упор на борьбу и на противоположности, т.е. бинарное или дигитальное мышление: 1 или 0 , третьего не дано. Буддизм-же дает начало совершенно другой философской мысли: не уничтожение противоположности, а сосуществование. Помните тезис о мирном сосуществовании различных систем, который был популярен в эпоху развитого застоя? Так вот, амеры это все "похерили", и теперь гнут свою линию, уничтожая "зло". И этим самым они амеры загоняют себя в гроб, imho.

The nation and the city will gradually achieve an equal status, and the cities will become increasingly autonomous, engaging in their own foreign relations, trade, and cultural exchange. The minority peoples will also become equal in status to nations and federations, and parallel to such federations, they, too, will engage in their own foreign relations, trade, and cultural exchanges.
This is the tide of the age of symbiosis.
This type of symbiosis, which includes opposition and competition, is often seen in the world of living things. This is one reason that I selected the term "symbiosis" rather than coexistence, harmony, or peace.
