Кто-нить знает, как получить справку об отсутствии судимости / или как это называется / из Германии?

Вроде нужно посылать некую форму - https://www.bundesjustizamt.de/EN/SharedDocs/Public/BZR/an... - по какому-то адресу в Германии. Но совершенно не понял, чего там надо на какие языки переводить и у каких нотариусов заверять.

Вот что мне написали в консульстве:

"Please note that your mother’s signature needs to be notarized. Apparently this can be done through a Russian notary with a so-called “Apostille”. You can find more information on this under the following link of the German Embassy in Moscow – I believe the form would first have to be translated into Russian since the Russian notary will only certify documents that are in Russian. After the application has been filled out, signed and notarized, it needs to be sent to the “Bundesamt für Justiz”. Please refer to the information in the first link for the address. They will then issue the Certificate of Good Conduct and send it to the address noted on the form. Please note they will not issue the Certificate until the fee has been transferred to their account (mentioned on the form)."

У кого-нить есть опыт отправления такой бумаги из России, или хотя бы контакты человека в России, кто чего-нить в этом понимает?
