Вот на родном их сайте прочитал, может поможет.

Uninstall
To uninstall the codec V2.00 follow the steps bellow :
a) Go to the m3jpegV2 folder (usually in c:\).
b) Run the uninstall.bat file.
Morgan Codec is uninstalled.
