O&O Defrag - мой фаворит. 
Дефрагментирует он усердно и настраивается гибко. А чтоб не случалось вылетов:
"You can get O&O Defrag to check the integrity of your volumes before each defragmentation. If O&O Defrag finds errors on your volumes, the defragmentation will not be carried out (for safety reasons). The checking of your volumes is like the chkdsk function in Windows, although the errors won▓t be corrected. You have to do this yourself with the chkdsk function."
