Это возможно только если My Documents были перенесены куда-то ещ╦ (или исключены из руминга). Обычно этого не делается. Или ты утверждаешь, что знаешь лучше, чем Microsoft, куда что закачивается?

A. The speed of the logon is directly related the size of the profile and the speed of the network. There are a number of things that you can do to limit the size of the profile:
∙ Redirect large folders such as My Documents this will reduce the amount of data copied to/from the computer at logon and logoff.
Так что по умолчанию, My Documents вс╦-таки в руминге, на сервере, и абсолютно вс╦ равно, где находятся файлы - на десктопе или в My Documents.
