Вероятность что забит файл hosts

Откройте в административном режиме блокнот.

Нажать открыть файл вставить адрес C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Выставляем все файлы, нажимаем на файле hosts.

Посмотрите он должен выглядеть так.лишние записи удаляем. дополнительно можно посмотреть здесь
