generaly, the best way, to have gotten the cyrillic keyboard, is to learn 10 finger printing. i didn´t recommend it before, because the question was "how can i get the keyboard with russian map for my laptop?"
it is really, the best way, and there is a lot of applications here, to implement this goal.
i, for example, am able to print russian, english, german and spainish on the china's map keyboard, because i spent 1 month to learn it......
