I wish to discuss with you some issues concerning my AOL-flatrate contract (client number ...). At the end of September I sent a letter to your Company requesting you to terminate my contract. I assumed that my contract is already terminated. However, on the 16th of October I received a telephone call from an AOL representative, who informed me about special AOL discount rate (20 DM) if I continue to use AOL Internet connection. He also mentioned an e-mail sent to my address, which I should answer in case I want to breach the contract. I wish to emphasize in this letter that I do wish to terminate my agreement with AOL. It is not possible for me to answer the e-mail sent to me due to the fact that I deinstalled all the AOL software and have not used the AOL Internet connection since the beginning of October, consequently AOL e-mail address are not working.
I request you to terminate my contract immediately without any more confirmations or offers. All the questions connected with payments to AOL from my account later than October will be directed to the court of law.
