а с чего она высокая? на это система охлаждения имеется.
HDD обычно не охлаждаются так, как процессор или чипсет.
hdd декстопные работают годами. и расчитаны на непрерывную работу.
Работают, да - ибо есть у них запас. Но нет, не расчитаны - читай спецификации производителей. Исключения есть, но они редки.
