Что значит за эстонцев молчите? Это и есть ваша nexo.io. Которая не имеет лицензии на банковскую деятельность.

Finantsinspektsioon ́s knowledge Nexo (https://nexo.io) intermediates to Estonian consumers crypto-backed
loans offered by Credissimo. We draw attention to that Nexo does not hold an authorisation for intermediation
of credit to consumers and Credissimo for granting credit to consumers and therefore they are not authorised
to provide such services in Estonia.
