A dividend per share of €1.43 (subject to the approval of AXA
shareholders at AXA Shareholders' Meeting on April 30, 2020) is expected
to be paid on May 13, 2020*, up 7%, with a payout ratio of 52%
*To be reviewed further to the Board of Directors’ decision to postpone AXA’s Shareholders’ Meeting from the initial scheduled date of April 30, 2020 to June 30, 2020.
