6.10 No Refunds
Unless otherwise provided by these Terms and Conditions, all successful transactions shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason. Transaction shall be considered successful if the transaction amount decreased by the relevant fees of Paysend and other financial institutions (as may be applicable) has been received by the recipient’s bank. Transaction shall be considered unsuccessful if the transaction amount has not been received and/or has been rejected by the recipient’s bank. The entire amount of unsuccessful transaction shall be refunded to your funding source.
