При регистрации в MIG-банке есть раздел о налогах с возможностью выбора 1 или 2:
This point applies only to EU citizens and residents.
The account holder has been informed of the Agreement between Switzerland and the European Union which requires
the Bank either to apply a withholding tax on relevant interest payments or to communicate all payments of
such interests to the relevant authorities.
1. I authorize the Bank to transmit such information (complete identity, account number, details of interest paid) to
the relevant tax authorities in my country of residence.
OR
2. I authorize the Bank to apply the withholding tax rather than informing to the relevant tax authorities in my
country of residence.
