< ESPP Advatages:
-You may purchase stock at fifteen-percent (15%) discount; in other words your price will be 85% of the fair market value of the stock, as represented on the New York Stock Exchange.
-The 15% discount will be applied to the lower of the closing price of the stock on the first business day or the last business day of the calendar year.
How the ESPP works:
-This program is for any associate regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours or more per week.
-During open enrollment, you may elect to have from 1% to 15% of your base pay (after tax) withheld from each payroll during the plan year.
-You may stop your contributions during the year through December 1. If you stop, you may request a refund of your deductions, without earnings or interest. You may also allow your deductions to remain in the Plan to buy shares at the end of the calendar year.
-After the purchase period (calendar year), shares of stock you purchase will be placed in an account in your name with DST's transfer agent.
-DST pays all commissions and service fees on ESPP purchases made through payroll deduction.
-If you terminate your employment while participating in the Plan, your payroll deduction will be refunded to you, without earning oe interest in the form of the check.
-If you wish to participate, please indicate your election below.
