Народ, подскажите плиз! Задачас ледующая- нужно с поределенной периодичностью запускать определенные программы, затем закрывать их, через определенное всремя все повторяется.
Как это проще всего реализовать?

Спасибо, но это немного не то. Мне нужно чтобы в течении запускать и закрывать программу в течении часа раз 10-50, через эту функцию не получится как я понял

Поверхностно понял твою проблему...
Во первых нужен цикл,
во вторых блокирующий системный вызов (чтобы программа запускалась через определенное время, под линуксом это "sleep", под виндой не знаю)
пошарься в инете, наверняка много туториалов есть, как писать скрипты под винду...

Напиши свой "запускатель". Минут на 10-15 работы.

5-10 это если знаешь как, а если нет.

А чем ему помогут команды консоли? Есть там АТ, но это шедуллер... А аналога СЛИП'а там нет. Писать надо запуск отдельного процесса или искать накрученый шедуллер...

Не-а... На домашнем компе ничего программируемого нет...
Смотри справку (MSDN) на предмет shell(), shellexec(), exec() - тебе нужно что-то, что вернет идентификатор процесса. Это чтобы его потом можно было завершить.

Я со скриптингом под винду не знаком , но я не думаю что cmd.exe настолько убога что там нельзя сделать такой примитив .
Можно воспользоваться каким-нибудь интерпретатором скриптового языка .

Правильно - найти shellexec(), загрузить либу, выполнить и прибить процесс по истечении срока.... Об этом Я написал выше.
