This role has arisen due to massive expansion within the development department, and is guaranteed to bring new and exciting challenges to the ideal candidate.
Your role within the team will be that of a lead developer, and as such you will be expected to mentor and guide more junior members of staff. You will be the main point of liaison between the technical architect and the development team, so excellent communication skills are a must. The projects you are working on will vary in terms of size and duration, so the work will be varied. You will also be working on more than one project at any given time, so good organisational skills are necessary.
In order for your application to be considered, you should have the following attributes:
- A minimum of 4 years development experience, preferably in VB.NET, but C# will also be considered.
- Previous team lead experience is desirable, but not essential
- Any experience in updating legacy systems to .NET would be useful
A salary of up to ┬65,000 for the ideal candidate, plus to opportunity to progress your career into a technical architect role. The benefits on offer include VHI, pension, 23 days annual leave, bonus, sports and social club, company incentive programs and more!!!
