Там папка с музыкой, запакованная в zip-архив. Можно например программами 7zip, WinRar, WinZip и т.д.

если бы я ещё хоть капельку в програмках понимала...было бы замечательно!

Затем установите его, просто кликните два раза мышкой, затем нажимайте ок. Потом просто нажмите на архиве с музыкой правой кнопкой мыши и выберите в появившемся меню 7zip, далее Hier entpacken.
