проверка правильности ОМС

Hello,

i cant write or speak russian but i have a urgent question. my wife registered our son who was born in germany in russia (moscow region) and also for health insurance - without my knowing.

i have the ОМС number from both. but when i check them for example on:
http://www.mgfoms.ru/chastnye-lica/proverka-polisa

It says nothing can be found.

Any ideas?

я не могу писать или говорить по-русски, но у меня есть срочный вопрос. моя жена зарегистрировала нашего сына, который родился в Германии в России (Московская область), а также для медицинского страхования - без моего ведома.

У меня есть номер ОМС из обоих. но когда я проверю их, например, на:
http://www.mgfoms.ru/chastnye-lica/proverka-polisa

В нем говорится, что ничего не найдено.

Есть идеи?

если политика была выписана или создана в этом офисе:
Адрес
115409, Москва, Каширское ш., 78, стр. 1
это тогда еще Московская область?

The mother of my wife who lives in Russia registered our child in their flat In Russia and created a medical insurance for our son... And I all of this without my knowledge. ... First I don't get why and second how is this possible... On top: no one is sending me a copy of the internal Russian passport from my wife.... I tried to call but no one is speaking English there. ... And the they hang up the phone.

For state medical insurance there is no need for both parents to be agreed. One parent is enough.

When you applied for an insurance, they will immediately give you a temporal certificate, and in one month the regular one. Probably, the certificate you try to check is temporal.

Since the OMS is totally free of charge I didn't get why is it a problem for you.

ok. well it is exactly this picture to the right like on this webpage with a 16digit number.

and it is a year old already. and why i am interested? because it happened all behind my back. her mother pushed my daughter to do this... and specially it must all happend before the 01. august. 2016... what reason? i dont know? is this insurance somehow connected to my wife as our son is 2.5 years.
