Hereby I appeal against the penalty, number of the caution note is *****, issued on 20/06/2010 by the duty officers No. ****, ****, and **** of the Police...of Akrotiri, concerning our appearance with the dog at the beach in the British Sovereign area which is not a public one, at day time **-**-**,
Declaring, that:
1. The beach is not a public one as has been mentioned above, and does not meet any standards and requirements for public beaches including those “Areas which ban dogs should be clearly sign posted”;
2. The behaviour of the officers was merely aggressive even we didn’t dispute a lot, so they have refused to explain the reason or name the fault, resulting in a penalty. There were no witnesses around at the moment of its issuing.
3. The given description of the penalty is: “Dog in (is – as it appears in the note, Y.K.) the sea”, and which is fallacious in both cases, the dog was distanced from the waterline, even that was not obligatory due p. 1.;
And,
4. The beach protection Law (2004) says that the central committee has to declare one beach in every district to be exclusively for dogs.
5. There are no special areas or dogs beaches provided in Cyprus, except one known to be in Agia-Napa, whilst all the other EU countries, except Greece, and Romania, and Cyprus itself, have made provisions for dogs on beaches. This is done either by setting up areas where dogs are allowed to swim, or by having set times for dog owners to take their dogs to the beach.” Thus, in Switzerland according to the Law ratified in 2002, pets have acquired the status of not only property of their owners but also members of society, whose interests’ people must take into account.
Considering all the said above I ask you to litigate the actions of the police at this time.
I suppose the described actions should represent matters stipulated by Article 28 Para 1-3, of FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES, as well as violating the rights of animals as stipulated by EU Law,
And using the right for Petition (Article 29), kindly ask you to resolve the collision.

Можно обратиться с письмом-заявлением(по факсу-и дёшево и сердито) по отдельности!!! в следующие организации: Аmnesty Иnternational & Human Right Watch (что у Вас нет денег но Вам жизненно необходима юридическая помощь) и в Stadt-Land-Bundes-rechtsanwaltkammer о том же + Вы просите предоставить в вашем районе/городе/oкруге/земле адвоката, который будет заниматься вашим делом по принципу: Pro bono publico.
Я гарантирую Вам, что такого адвоката черта с два найдут и пришлют Вам стандартный ответ-отписку на фирменном бланке. В итоге Вы имеете абсолютные доказательства в свою пользу и явные нарушения UNO Dokumente,EMRK,GG со стороны вышеупомянутых организаций.
