Нашли классную квартиру через сайт Immobilien и вроде как недорого,написали на эмейл,приходит ответ типо хороо что вы написали,лалала,расскажите о себе и.т.д.

If you want to rent only one parking spot you'll pay 50 euro / month.
If we decide to proceed with this transaction, I will have to contact DHL company and provide them all the necessary information, so they can start the process tomorrow in the morning. I will need your full name,address when you want to get the keys and the rental contract, telephone number and if you have a copy of your ID for that. You will receive a notification from DHL company shortly after that, together with all the instructions to follow and the invoice as well.
Regarding the payment, you will be instructed to deposit the money, first month advance rent payment + 1 month o warranty + one parking spot for one month ( 850 €) to a DHL company account. I require the payment in advance at DHL company because I'm sick of people who are just looking around and not serious about renting. DHL company will hold and insure your money until you check the apartment and decide if you want take it or not. That is how their buyer protection policy works. As far as my concerns, I will be glad to know that DHL company has the possession of the money during the delivery period. That is my insurance. As soon as the funds have been deposited into their account, they will immediately start the shipping process. The keys and rental contract will be delivered at your address in no more than 2 working days. You will be given a 3 days inspection period from the day you receive the keys and contract at home. If you decide to hold the apartment, then you will have to authorize DHL company to release the funds to me, and the transaction will be completed. If you will not be satisfied with the apartment, you will be able to send the keys and contract back and DHL company will return the funds to you same day.
Though I am sure you will love the apartment, it is good to know that you do have this second option available. If you wish to proceed with renting the apartment, please provide me your full name and address so I can initiate the deal through DHL company tomorrow in the morning.
как я поняла то надо сначала перевести деньги а потом мне пришлют ключи,хмммммм,и разве фирма ДХЛ не почта??
Почему меня янасторожило,нашли еще одну квартиру,так же написали,и приходит ответ от другого имени..но текст уж очень похож
и тоже ключи пришлет какая то фирма.............и тоже он живет в Великобритании.
Что думаете?Мне как то страшно переводить 850 евро

развод. Судя по стилю написано или не очень грамотным человеком, или кем-то из Кении/Нигерии итп.
Сама схема его "защиты" - бред сивой кобылы.

мда...у меня такая же ситуация была.

Только думала написать, но они сами прислали сообщение что это мошенники.

Мы тоже столкнулись с таким видом мошенничества на этом же сайте Immobilien, когда искали квартиру в Ганновере. Квартира нам тоже очень понравилась на фото и район устраивал, цена только была слишком низкой, что вызывало подозрения. Администрация сайта позже прислала письмо о том, что это объявление обман.

мне что-то вроде такого ток на ломаном немецком прислали, якобы живет в Румынии, переведите денюжки и будет вам счастье, щас!!! его потом на скауте зашперили

Мне кажется, что таким сайтам даже выгодно наличие мошенников. До определенного момента. Ибо реклама низких цен привлекательна ...
