Вообще вопрос: где имеет смысл поместить это объявление? Где сегодняшние абзольвенты ищут работу?

неужели никого не интересует работа?

заканчиваю уни дуйсбург-ессен, ищу проект для своего мастерабшлюсарбайта, есть у вас там может чего-нибудь? или тайльцайт, т.к. работаю немного уже..
Помимо стандарта, знаю и умею:
Good knowledge:
Unix\Linux (Red Hat, Cent OS, Fedora etc)
Bash/Csh/Tsch (other shells) scripting
Strong experience in C#, VB, VBA, Ruby
Basics of Java development (NetBeans)
Web 2.0 development:
Ruby on Rails framework, JRuby, Ajax, JS, HTML, CSS. Have completed and deployed projects in RoR
MySQL, MS SQL (installation, query writing etс)
3 years of IT work experience
Perfect English

1. На форуме нет айтишников
2. никому не нужна работа

Извините, а предложение еще в силе? И еще вопрос, вы ищете тол´ко молодых после уни или постарше (43 года) тоже подойдет? А то у меня муж в поиске.

ога... видимо тут тоже как в Москве )))) ищут молодых энтузиастов )))) которые якобы это знают...
но увы.. даже начинающий айтишник это все не будет знать.... мозгов не хватит... даже мне .. с моим стажем почти в 10 лет айти много не с первого раза доходит...

это требования к гэкашнику на 3 штуки нетто, а не "начинающего айтишника"

вот вот... с опытом работы не менее 3-4 лет......

ну дык 3-4 года эт ж и есть начинающий.

если не выкидывать из контекста фраз :
" First professional experience is an advantage but not a must" и
" Technology knowledge (at least one of following)" и
"Basic knowledge"
то никаких особенных требований не вижу.

думаю не каждый новобранец в мире айтишников может писать проги под смартфоны и телефоны.... а тем более совмещать это дело с аяксом.....

так каждого и не просят. только того кто интересуется.
и именно новичка и ищут так как ничего сверх естевственного в этой должности нет, а платить лишнии бабки челу с опытом смысла нет - толку от этого максимум пол-года - год.

Каждый не может. Но если читать внимательно объявление и прочитать внимательно мой ответ вам, то стоит чёрным по-белому: уметь хоть что-то одно из списка. И даже не требуется практического опыта .
К автору о предположениях:
1. работу ищут точно не здесь а в интернете на job- порталах.
2. Работы для айтишников хватает. Безработный айтишник это или опытный с запросами или полный идиот.

или челове для которого нет подходящей открытой вакансии
а еще возраст и другие факторы
не нужно обобщать

какой возраст у выпускника? какие другие факторы? Если знаете, поделитесь с автором. Я высказала естественно мое личное мнение.
