У меня такая же беда. Просто виндовс у тебя русский, и он не понимает немецкие умляуты(ö,ü,ä). Поэтому и не может найти путь к файлу.

Удивляюсь вообще как Computer Bild так лоханулся... Ни один профессионал не станет использовать в именах файлов Sonderzeichen...
