Да, да! Требуйте, настаивайте, судитесь - словом воюйте. Но только не забывайте, что это крайнее средство и с обоюдными потерями.
Можно просто и по человечески договориться в 99% случаев. А если попался упрямый козел, то не обязательно с ним бодаться стоя на мосту, рядом обязательно найдется брод.
К слову, есть еще одна фишка, которой могут с вами расплатиться, если вами недовольны: характеристика составляется вроде бы положительная, да только между строк написано "на работу такого не брать". Это негласный Zweite Sprache, который известен работникам по кадрам. В инете полно инфы по этой теме
Так что мой совет, пишите сами, не ленитесь - это
всегда лучше.

Ну, это страна традиций. Тогда также можно не воспринимать всеръез ту ахинею, которую пишут в бевербунгах.
Нам кстати наш шеф написал (не наниматель, а как бы руководитель отдела) - сейчас перечитал, чуть не прослезился, какого работника лишились!
И сертификаты несут, и справки о прохождении курсов, и много ещ╦ чего... А как на собеседовании начинаешь "колоть" - какой ужас, невольно возникает вопрос - на что они расчитывали-то?
