Could you give me advice about German-Russian customs. I have German visa for 2 years with a right to work. I▓ve moved my car from Russia to Germany. Under German legislation I should get German plates and in theory I should pay German custom payment. But I▓ve got a document from German custom that describes my right to get plates without custom payments. With a simple reason because I will be in Germany only two years.
If I get German plates (after TUV and insurance) what would be with my Russian plates? Could I get it back (after 2 years) and should I pay custom payments in Russia when I▓ll be back. If no, how I can drive without new TO from Germany to Russia. As I understand it is illigal to get TO in Russia without car.
