As you may have seen from the Moscow Times and ВЕДОМОСТИ, we are in the process of hiring graduates from Russian Universities, who will join the KPMG Germany Assurance practice this year. The features of the program are:
The candidates should be very high quality people from a numerate background ( e.g.economics,maths, engineering,chemistry,physics )
They will live, work and be trained just like any German graduate joining the firm.
Remuneration will be the same as their German colleagues and there will be relocation allowances.
All immigration issues will be handled by KPMG Germany and we do not expect any problems here.
The ultimate goal is for such staff to grow, develop and qualify with the German firm, but after two to three years they will have the option of returning to Russia or going to another KPMG office.
Applicants must have reasonable German language skills. On a scale of 1 to 5, were 1 equals basic and 5 equals fluent, 3 will be a minimum and 4 is preferred.
Further German language training will also be given.
