Очень срочно нужна помощь в переводе английского. Племянник в аэропорту Стамбул забыл на стойки регистрации 2 iPad , хотел вернутся не пустили, просил людей не помогли. Вчера написали жалобу, нас попросили объяснить ситуацию, но я в английском полный профан. Пожалуйста откорректируйте, надо очень срочно. Номера серии я сама допишу. Спасибо

We were told that the flight was delayed. we expect other information. Near the checkpoint I left two Ipads and passed. When I passed the checkpoint, I saw that forgot their two Ipads. I asked back them, but I have not missed, and sent to the policeman. Police also not agreed to help me. I contacted the lost and found , but I was answered that I was in the hotel and gave the phone on which I will call. Please help find my things. I enclose ID numbers.

Нам сообщили, что рейс задерживается. мы ожидали другую информацию. Возле контрольно- пропускного пункта я оставил два Ipads и прошел. Когда я прошел контрольно-пропускной пункт, я увидел, что забыл свои два Ipads. Я попросил вернуться за ними, но меня не пропустили, а направили к полицейскому. Полицейский также не согласился мне помочь. Я обратился в службу lost and found , но мне ответили чтобы я ехал в отель и дали телефон по которому я должен буду позвонить. Пожалуйста, помогите найти мои вещи. Прилагаю ID номера.

Me, .... Alexander *** on the 29.01.2014 had a flight №461 Istanbul-Simferopol in 19.35. which was delayed. We had to wait for the news for the delayed flight. At the checkpoint I left my two Ipads and passed. When I have passed the checkpoint, I realized that my iPads were left at the other side of the checkpoint. I asked to get them back, but I was not allowed to go back to pick them up, and I asked a policeman neaby to help. The policeman did not help me to get them. I contacted the lost and found service, they took my contact details and asked me to go to the hotel to wait for their call. Please help me to get my iPads back. The ID numbers are: *** ***.

Подскажите пожалуйста как ещё дописать, что вылет предположительно 31.01 и по возможности хотелось бы самому забрать в аэропорту. Спасибо Вам огромное за помощь .

On January 29, 2014, I was checked in for the flight No. 461 from Istanbul to Simferopol scheduled to depart at 7:35 p.m. on the same date. After leaving the gate and taxing, the aircraft was returned from the runway back to the terminal and the flight was delayed for an unspecified period of time. In anticipation of further information and upon passing the passport control, I realized that I had left two iPads at the checkpoint. I asked passport control personnel to let me back in to collect my belongings but my request was rejected and I was referred to a police officer. The officer on duty also refused to help. Staff at “Lost and Found” instructed me to go straight to the hotel and make further inquiries regarding the lost iPads over the phone.
I am still at the XXXX hotel and my belongings have not been returned to me yet. My flight is currently scheduled to depart on January 31, 2014. I would highly appreciate your assistance in finding and returning my iPads. If possible, I would like to collect the gadgets myself at the airport.

Я исходила из того, что "пропускной пункт" - это пограничники. Если это просто security check, то поменяйте соответственно.

Я тоже не поняла, на каком пропускном пункте он их оставил, если их из самолета вывели. На паспортном контроле? на таможне? А почему вы думаете, что он еще ждет в *** отеле? Мош, он уже улетит к тому времени. В исходнике такого не было.

Не знаю, может, они 2 недели отвечать ему будут. Я думаю, надо оставлять координаты постоянногоместа жительства а еще лучше взять местные телефоны ответственных. Хотя найти 2 Айпада в аэропорту... Была б Норвегия - не вопрос.
А так жалко имущества, но, наверно, с концами. Позырят, что он 31го уже улетел и скажут -храни его Аллах! У вас очень красивый, но сложный вариант. турки половину не допрут. Скажут - смотри, какой он умный, он себе еще купит. И Имя там где-то надо вставить, наверное..

Самое интересное он его на стойке видел просил принести, но люди ..... есть люди. Парень растерялся , студент летел домой( первый раз такой облом). А главное мы ему на 20 летие такой подарок сделали, а второй Ipad был его отцу. Сами понимаете он такой себе теперь скоро не купит. Мы все расстроены, если вернут напишу.

In case of a cargo company, please provide us with the invoice and the bill of lading (both documents can be acquired from the preferred cargo company) except for the aforementioned documents in order for the items to pass through the customs smoothly.
